Friends, I'm sorry for the site was down since yesterday night. It looks web-hosting management made small update to libraries and this lead to problem connecting to database.
I think I should invent some "watchdog" which can send me alarms when site goes unresponsible. Sorry once more.
UPD: it rather was not "small update" but forcible switch to PHP7 from PHP5.5 :o

I figured out that web-hosting switched to PHP7 :) Probably it was long expected but I never thought it may come that suddenly.
Besides database connectivity issue there is small problem yet to solve - editing of forum posts was broken (and even opening forum if you have edit link in any of the posts) - as they removed encryption function which was used for generation of such urls. Well, this is the lesson - don't use whimsical functions unless strictly necessary :)
