Unable to connect to sandbox

I'm having issues connecting to sandbox to test, I'm wondering if this is just me or everyone? It says try later, it's been an hour and still no luck.
Sorry for inconvenience, again my bad - these self-expiring certificates make requests start failing every 3 months... I should automate renewing them :)

No worry, it is pretty correct to raise the question if you see something broken and not self-fixing! This makes no harm and helps everyone, right :)
