Whats top 20 of getting certificates

Well, I don't have such stats at hand, though such a whimsical query could be invented for database :) However I'm not sure I like it as it is not necessarily showing anything - people start with different background and have different amount of free time etc.

It is usually important to reach some goals - but doing this "faster, faster, faster" is more like sports... There is a branch of "competitive programming" - if you would like to try your skills, visit codeforces.com and participate in one of the nearest contests :)

I'd say it is good definitely, though on the other hand usually you get 50-70 easiest problems in this number and they don't take much time. You may find the remaining 60+ will consume much more efforts.

One of the recent "strike-hitter" as I remember is Dmitry B starting at Jul 22 and claiming by Aug 11 - e.g. in about 3 weeks, right?

But what it matters? I'm sure I myself can't do that so fast (despite I know most of problems as I wrote them) :)
