Dear friends!

In answer to your requests I've tried to create the forum for our site.

Currently it has simple and limited functionality, however all users who solved more than 5 problems can use it:

  • you can create new topics;
  • you can add posts to topics.

Note that editing and deletion of posts is not yet implemented so be careful!
I hope to add these features soon

As you may see posts use simple Markdown for formatting (though plain HTML blocks <b>like this</b> are disabled).

And here am I - test user with the test record.

Sorry for annoyance! :)

But I thought you use Python almost always :)

And it seems your English is not worse than mine. Hope our friends who are native-English speakers will excuse us kindly...

I don't get how the admin's second message is aligned one level above the replies.

Ah, coz he's the OP?

Administration has it's privileges :)

Would it be a good idea to put the "Forum" button in a different color so that it stands out? I never would've seen it if I hadn't been to Facebook to check the news...

Well, this confusing padding was intended to show the messages of the user who started the topic. So in [this topic] Guy Gervais have his priveleges, not this nasty admin! ;-)

Probably this was not the greatest idea, I agree... :D

Funny idea... Perhaps it's better then to make it blinking? I'll try!

I thought you were kidding about getting it to blink.

Getting it to blink itself is a kind of kidding so you were almost correct :)

I thought this idea inspired by you - about marking links to new features somehow - is a good idea. Hope this blinking do not like too silly!

UPD: Added this record from my "personal" user to see that editing of the posts is working.
Though currently it is allowed to edit post only during first hour after creating it.

How can I get it to stop blinking? I'm about to get a seizure!

With the Greasemonkey extension for Firefox?

Ow, it was not intended to harm anyone. It would be "intelligent" if it stops blinking after user clicked this menu...

However probably it would be better to turn blinking off completely :)

UPD: Hope now I killed this feature. Sorry for inconvenience!
