To be honest I myself have not much idea, but after Moriarty also voted for the doctor I thought to add this out of fun.

I tried to read the article in wiki on Doctor Who but to be honest I did not understand most of the plot - seems it was too long story to make sense :)

I myself preferred Twilight Zone but it has no single story at all, instead being the chain of unrelated tales.

BTW: Sergey, would you like to propose next rank? I think we can puzzle people nicely with some characters from Strugatsky's books or something like this... :)
