Database problems on 2019 Jul 7 - hopefully resolved

Today I was notified by several our colleagues that the site is not saving solutions.

After examination I've found it is due to database problem - specific table was in unstable / corrupt state.

Luckily (I hope) it was possible to tidy up this table easily enough. Unluckily, most submissions made between 1:16 and 6:48 today are lost. I'm very sorry for this and ask anyone affected be not frustrated and retry.

Some details. It looks like trouble was caused by some of temporary storages which hosting provider uses for database becoming full... It is the thing which never should happen, because when site is hosted at some hosting provider, we expect the stuff this provider gives us to work flawlessly. And this have never happened before, during 5+ years what site is running. Regretfully it is quite hard to predict or prevent such troubles. If something like this will happen again we probably shall need to try moving the site to some other host (which is granted to be not very easy matter)...
