Problem with Caesar meets BF

When I submmit the solution and the answer, it appears to be wrong; the console log is: "Error: Input have no more data, but program tries to read from it with ";"!"; Don't know even what it means. my code is in pascal and when runned in my PC the answer is correct

In problem statement it is said
to create a BF program
it is not to be solved in Pascal or any other language except BF
You probably wanted different problem
or
That one which you are trying is dedicated language exercise
