Neural Networks - two new problems

Dear Friends!

Here are two new problems - their purpose is to introduce artificial neural networks to those who still had no chance to get in touch with this field. The first of them is just to implement "forward" calculations for NN, the second is about training NN in order to find some secret correlation in test data.

Sorry if texts are too verbose / dull - you know it is my wish to have some problems here of "educational" kind.
