Post limit of 2000 in forum is annoying

This comment box is hard to edit and wouldn't let me upload a post longer than 2000 characters. Most of that was complaints even though I like it here more than I should.
Well, it seems you are right - for some reason it do not prevent from entering characters beyond limit :(
I will put it into our todo list now and try to improve it bit later...
Ok, now we have the character counter above the text area, and the limit was raised to 5000. Hope this may help a bit.
P.S. I hope you also wouldn't mind I'll change the topic title to more relevant.

I see you are working with bash scripts, so I'm afraid it is not possible to execute them online... However we can create endpoints
for fetching input data and submitting result via HTTP, for example with curl... Do you think it may help in your case?

I thought it should be possible to click the link above the textarea (where words "you already have sources..." are) to load the code saved from previous attempt. Though probably it is somewhat boring anyway...
