New subscription functionality and status page at github

Dear Friends!

If you were subscribed to e-mail updates, please re-subscribe - you'll see the page with instructions have changed. If all goes well, you'll receive confirmation message back soon.

Also feel free to try it if you simply would like to test new functionality, of course :)

Additionally let's have the page at codeabbey.github.io keep "current working address" of the site or any other info - just in case control over the domain name / hosting etc is lost.

By the way, someone subscribed with address like outlook...bad...outlook.com which probably is a kind of anti-spam generated address - and to which messages won't reach :)
