hello. Faced to the same problem. When it's gonna work, who knows?
Friends, I'm sorry, but the "sandbox" is provided by different service (hackerrank) and it sometimes doesn't work for few hours or days. Regretfully nothing could be done for this.
Except creating our own sandbox and deploying it at some dedicated server. This however needs certain efforts to implement - and also some additional small expences every month. So we probably will go for it when existing sandbox becomes completely intolerable. :)
