Hello! I'm a professional software developer from Chelyabinsk, Russia.

I started programming in 9th grade and loved it since then. Currently I'm a backend web developer with a main focus on Python and C#. Programming for me is as much a hobby as it is a job and I love to learn new programming languages. CodeAbbey is a great help in this journey! Not only it offers a great pool of tasks to practice a new language with, but also means to improve algoritmic and math skills to become a, well, better programmer.

Recently Rust became my language of choise for small hobby projects, so the most part of tasks here are also solved using Rust. Greate language, if you ask me! Lerning curve is somewhat steep for a newcomer, but with C/C++ and functional background it is quite pleasing.

As for non-programming-related hobbies, I'm into cinema and guitar playing.

I have a bit of OCD about achievements, so I am dedicated to solve the rest of the tasks in the future (if I'll manage to wrap my head around BrainFuck and 4004 asm =)

Thanks for an oportunity to learn stuff and have fun!

Ivan, Hi!

Your certificate is attached to your profile - congratulations - and thanks for your persistence!

Thanks for all your kind words also :) It's interesting to see you initially used D language, but when returned recently, already switched to Rust.

I myself investigated Go as a substitute for C++ when recently thinking about possible career change :)

Name of Chelyabins brings nostalgie! I never lived or stayed there, but it is a city we visited many times in childhood on transit to my grandparents in Bashkiria...

What may it mean - "I'm into cinema"? Is there a chance to find your name in credits to some movies? :) As for "OCD" abbreviation, I resorted to google - thanks for teaching me this, sounds curious :)

It would be great to be in some movies, but no. I just meant I love watching movies and TV series ;)
