Permutation Generator - A Proposed New Problem

I came across this interesting permutation generator and thought it would make a good problem.
I'd say thanks once more - for I remember when I was first shown this algorithm by the teacher in the high school -
of course the details of direction assignment quickly expired from my mind but I preserved vague suspicion that
this order of permutations still could be somehow "enumerated". Well, I spent a hour now to come up with idea and another
one to shape it out and debug - and voila! I wonder what "grade" Mathias will assign to this one, perhaps 3 (judging
that I solved it - and supposing that quicker-minded person could do it in ten minutes).
The problem is shown in the task list twice and none of the links work. I had to edit the URI manually to get to the problem.
Hi Tomas, if you meant this task list then it seems I don't observe the problem, at least now. What wrong url was you needed to edit? Could you re-check if the issue still exists for you?
