This thought just came to mind with how we have a Bishop rank, and how the ranks of "The Doctor" and "Frost Enchanter" seem the least in theme with the all the other ranks. I just thought it would be a little funny, and kinda more in theme to have a Rook rank after the Bishop rank since it's a higher value piece in Chess, and how the word Rook is not really used for anything nowadays other than Chess (at least as far as I know).
Alternatively we can insert the Rook rank somewhere between Bishop and Cardinal and scooch some ranks up so the gap between Sensei and Beholder is smaller (but Beholder will still require 305+ tasks).
Given that one of the meanings of the word "rook" is "a novice" (usually used in diminutive, i.e. "rookie") and another one is "a cheater", I don't think this would be such a complementary title.
If we are to deviate into chess-theme, there are Chineze and Japanese variations. But standard sets don't have that many interesting pieces while larger variants may have bit too much of them (Flying eagle, Raging lion etc).
