This feature was proposed by Guy Gervais - thanks a lot!

When you create a new topic you have an option to make it "Private" - and if you select the checkbox, special field appears to enter the problem Id. I know it is not quite handy, sorry, since you need to get the id first...

The topic created is not accessible for anonymous users and ones who have not solved the task.

Example: Private Topic for Ground Zero

It would be good if you will supply the title for topic explaining for which problem it is created.
