Rounding Error

So I was doing my finishing touches on this program, but however it keeps saying that I'm wrong.
I believe the solutions to rounding is wrong because there were two numbers 3907865 and 1980311 and it gave me 1.9. My output produced two but this website's output said the answer was one. Is it an error on the assignment or is it somewhere I'm having a fault?

If the checker for this task tells that 3907865/1980311 should be rounded to 1 it is definitely wrong :-o
However I could not reproduce this suspicious behavior (substituting your values into the internals of the checker - it gives 2 as expected)... Couldn't you please post the complete input data and answer proposed by the site, if you by any chance saved them?
