Brainfuck Interpreter - in the case of nested while loops

I have completed a working Brainfuck Interpreter (for the test cases provided) but I am curious as to how to impliment it to work for nested while loops, as Im 100% certain mine wouldn't work.

Can anyone give any suggestions?
