Frost Enchanter new rank

Well... Initially I felt like I'm out of ideas for new rank - but since the latest problems were about fir-trees and gifts (at least their demo), I thought there should be something similar. I only did not know how to call the title properly... :)

BTW I hoped I'll have bit more time to think since you told you'll not have a chance to solve last problems before New Year! :D

Why not a rank every 25 (or 20 or 30) tasks?

Currently we have a rank for every 20 tasks (with addition of 5 "initial level")... Probably this was not the greatest idea but it is bit too late to change...
