I have completed beginner level problems and am looking forward to solve many problems here , I am just seeking a certificate as a memorandum

Although you should be proud of completing the entire beginner problem set, certificates aren't granted until completion of 125 problems.
Also, in case English is not your first language, consider using "requesting" instead of "demanding" since you would like the site administrator to do something on your behalf. It is less likely to be interpreted as rude.
