Hello , my name is Roma. I'm from Ukraine and now I study at the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University as future applied radiophysicist. I'm looking for someone to improve my English skills and I will be very happy if I find someone who can help me with this from this resource.

Glad to meet you! Moreover that I started my career as electronics developer - somewhat related to "applied radiophysicist" :)
If you mean your reading / writing English skills - yours look good enough (for example, for working in a software development projects with foreign customers).
If you mean your spoken English, I believe you can visit forums like Reddit/LearnProgramming and offer to teach some beginners basics of programming via Skype :)
